At Sewing Parts Online, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a part or accessory doesn't fit your machine, you can return most items within 60 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original packaging and unused condition; please note that software, opened needles, and industrial machines may have specific restrictions.

• 2.
  Request an RMA

  Log into your account or contact our customer support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which is required for processing.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the box and ship it back to our warehouse using a trackable carrier.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned parts, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
